The apartment was bigger than we expected and very clean. The cleaners were also very quick to make up the room, even if we didn’t go out until late in the day. You do have to choose your breakfast the day before as it is delivered to your room, in addition to the time you want it. Some reviews were negative about the breakfast, but for us it was one of the highlights. In addition to whatever we ordered (e.g. cereal, omelette) there was also fresh breads, ham, sausage, cucumber, tomato, peppers, cream cheese, yoghurt and sliced cheese served as extras. It was also always on time. The staff were always friendly to us, polite and helpful. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had a rain/drench head as well as the usual detachable one. Using the Yandex Go app to get around was also so easy. The kitchen facilities mean that you can essentially live in this like you would a normal apartment, although frankly if you use the kitchen to cook, you must be crazy because the restaurants in Yerevan are so amazing, you should always go out to eat and will never be disappointed - I recommend Louis Chardon, Seasons, the Collective, Casa Nostra, Lavash, Tavern Yerevan and Sherep, but everywhere we went the food was so cheap (compared to European prices) and exceptional. Also, don’t be afraid to go down into the entrances of the metro stops even if you aren’t using the metro (for us it wasn’t necessary), as there are often mini shopping malls down there which you wouldn’t know about otherwise.

Anna, the receptionist, exemplified professionalism from the moment of my arrival. Her friendly and efficient manner made the check-in process seamless. The hotel boasts top-notch facilities. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, ensuring a restful stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable, with every area meticulously maintained. The location of Orion Apart Hotel is highly accessible, situated in the heart of Yerevan. This central location makes it convenient to explore the city’s main attractions, many of which are within walking distance. Despite its central location, the hotel provides a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation. In summary, Orion Apart Hotel combines excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan. Anna and the entire staff made my stay truly memorable.

The apartment really exceeds my expectation. Though the photos in the postings are exactly it, there is more when you reach the apartel. It is really spacious area. I booked 1 studio, and I've stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. I don't really know if I get updated or that is really a studio apartment. The cleanliness is amazing and the housekeeping cleans the room daily and replenish the toiletries. The washroom is perfect including an infamous bidet hahaha it is really a big plus! And the shower area is amazing as well. In terms of the location, it is perfect as well. It is near a 24hrs supermarket, and both cascade and republic square. The location is in the city center thus everything is accessible by walking. All in all, the stay is really great and I will surely recommend the place. And will come back too!

This hotel is well located in the down town area, where everything you need is within 1－2 minutes on foot, and it is brand new, clean and bright, plus with facilities fully equipped for the family stay or a longer stay. Most of all, the staff are willingly helpful and friendly, and you can be always welcome. Anna who works at the front desk helps us successfully extend our stay, even in this busiest holiday season. We really appreciated all the help and the kindness.
